Script for Storytellers

We developed an authorial illustrated storytelling script, with guided actions, so that volunteers have a consistent study base and can teach a word that speaks of the same principles taught to adults (parents). For this reason, the material is developed weekly from the word to be shared with adults, as we believe that God delivers the message to the family as a whole.

Based on feed backs received from parents, children and volunteers, as well as an analysis of the application of the teaching guide, we plan specific demand training and training for volunteers.

We produce evangelistic and educational teaching of biblical principles, through stories inspired by the Holy Bible, for this we develop short video scripts, from a complete story-board, we make the acting direction and also the final editing for scenarios and background soundtracks.

Coordination of the Children's Department Council
This action aims to seek from God, our Father in Heaven, to act wisely to maintain the unity, fellowship, inspiration, righteousness, holiness and pastoral care of the children's ministry governing council on behalf of families and volunteers.
Management and planning for volunteer herding
Around 150 volunteers in the children's ministry of our local church, where we introduce action points and train leaders of leaders with vision for prayer coverage and pastoral follow-up:

Shift Coordinators: are responsible for the direct shepherding of Teaching Station Leaders and volunteers

Teaching station leaders who are: 1) Storytelling, 2)Pedagogical activity, 3)Prayer 4) Welcome and reception, 5) 3 and 4 year class and 6) 2 year class. These are responsible for supporting and shepherding their station's volunteers.

Where children from a bible study group led by an authorized member, seek to learn and improve the practice of robotics for the purpose of teaching those who could not have the privilege... In this project we adopted a public school to introduce Robotics as a complementary curriculum and still in this same Robotics project, our team, the only one from churches and counting on a member of a public school, was 3rd place in the Brazilian championship.

MINISTRY DETAILS
20 years of children's ministry – We work in different areas as volunteers, welcoming children, storytelling, praise and worship, prayer, event organization and general coordination. Always understanding that this is our call, to bless families through children
We graduated from the First Class of the EPI -School of Church Planters of the Sal da Terra Ministry Church with a duration of 1 year where areas of church life were studied such as pastoral counseling, Family in the church. Church Planting Methodology and Others
Appointed as Pastors - In 2006 the council of the Sal da Terra Ministry ordains and Appointed us pastors, as we perceive a pastoral call in our family, based on an action that was already being exercised in a natural way. Pastoring on behalf of church families and children's department volunteers, this same council also witnessed in us a high level of commitment to serving the local church.
Coordination of Children's Ministry - We assume the general coordination of children's ministry in the Sal da Terra Uberlândia congregation, always with the call to integrate children into the family of faith, so that families feel cared for by our God and Father with all love and security.
Member Council of the local Church - Due to the commitment in the pastoring, strongly active, of the children's families and volunteers of the children's ministry and also the pastoring of other pastors, we became part of the governing council of the Sal da Terra church in Uberlândia.
Regional Presbytery Council Member - By acknowledging the shepherding of pastors and commitment to the service of the kingdom, we became part of the presbytery of support and support of other pastors in the Southeast region of Brazil.
